Diagnosoft CORE
Global function Cardiac MRI image analysis
Cine MR Images Quantification: Diagnosoft CORE analyzes cine MR images, providing easy segmentation and identification of endocardium and epicardium, and measures ventricular volume, mass, ejection fraction (EF), wall thickening, wall thickness and other global and morphological measures.
First-pass MR Images Quantification: Diagnosoft CORE uses the intensity component of MR images to analyze cardiac perfusion. This analysis provides quantitative measurements of the changes in contrast due to blood flow. First-pass MR image analysis helps determine intensity curves and measures peak intensity up-slope, and other measures related to blood flow in the heart muscle.
Delayed Signal Intensity Image quantification: Diagnosoft CORE analyzes MR images to identify hyperenhanced regions and measures their dimensions and distribution within the myocardium. It can analyze the heterogeneity of the hyper-enhanced region and determine the Gray Zone regions, which are markers of Myocardial Tissue heterogeneity. Viability MR Image analysis determines the volume, transmurality and regional distribution of delayed hyper-enhanced regions of the heart.
